The use of our site includes accessing or browsing. As well as registering, browsing, viewing, interacting and sharing relevant images, information and videos with our social media sites.

Our site is directed to people residing in the United Kingdom, even though, that a majority of the awareness videos are from American Professionals. We do not represent those contents available on or through our site. If it is inappropriate, it will be removed.

SENDING SUGGESTIVE CONTENT TO OUR SITE & SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES

The views expressed by other users on our site do not represent our views or values.

APPLICABLE LAW
If you are a consumer, please note that these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree to that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a business, agency or organisation, these terms of use, its subject matter and its formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
RAFFLE DRAWS
The raffle draws are open to all Greater Lincolnshire residents aged 18 years or over.
These raffles are nominally £1 per Strip to enter.
All entries are submitted via the information centre at the Freeman Street Market in Grimsby and anyone is permitted as many entries as they wish.
Raffles are usually run on at least 2 special occasions, which are Easter and Christmas. The draw will be made towards the end of that occasion, usually
on a Friday and around 2pm.
The winners of a selection of raffle prizes, will be chosen by a nominated person to pick out as many random tickets in correspondence to as many raffle prizes available. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 14 days and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to us within 28 days of being notified by us, then the winner's prize will be forfeited in the next raffle prize draw.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Our decision of regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The winner's name and county can be obtained by sending an email to posdisablednelincs@gmail.com within 14 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
Winners may be required to participate in a publicity related area to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
By entering the prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you may be held and used by us, to administer the raffle prize draw.
